invitation only. All agency grant proposals are reviewed and considered
on a case-by-case basis. These direct grants are offered to only a
small number of qualified non-profit agencies primarily in the greater Los Angeles area.
Funding priority is given to early childhood literacy, youth programs,
and leadership programs.
