Grant Reporting
The Riordan Foundation strongly believes in the importance of evaluating its programs. As such, all grant agreements require grantee schools to submit an end-of-the-year report describing the results of the program. When filling out the form below, please be as honest as possible regarding any challenges or shortcomings your school faced during implementation. The Riordan Foundation plans to use data from your experiences, both positive and negative, to better tailor our programs to the needs of schools and to better support past and future grantees. Please note that we only require one report per school.
We appreciate your feedback!
